The name says it all. It is so easy to forget about the needs in your own city because of your proximity to them. We see it every day; and therefor we grow immune to it.
We have designed an experience that will shake you up. For an entire weekend we will live at Water Street Ministries. We will sleep on the same mats that the homeless men and women use; we will eat the same food; we will essentially be homeless for a weekend... in order to immerse ourselves into the way of life that many in our city call "normal," and that we too easily overlook.
